- 4 ounces lingonberry syrup
- 4 ounces vodka
- 15-20 mint leaves, fresh
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- soda water
- Muddle mint leaves and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
- Add a few ice cubes, lingonberry syrup, and vodka. Shake well.
- Strain and pour into 2 glasses with ice. Spoon a little of the muddled mint into the glasses.
- Top off with soda water, gently stir and garnish with a mint sprig.
