Tarantula Shooter

I’m going to teach you some Spanish today.

I must warn you though, the phrase I’m about to share with you is probably not one that you want to show off to your Spanish speaking colleagues or in-laws. That is, unless they are cool, and don’t frown upon getting sloshed every now and then.

OK, now repeat after me: “Quedé como araña fumigada…”.

This loosely translates to: “I ended up feeling like a fumigated spider”.

This is a common expression used in Mexico to describe how one feels after having one too many cocktails.

I figured it might come in handy if you wanted to show off and describe how you felt after attending a friends Halloween Party in a different language, and with the holidays just around the corner I am positive there will be plenty of post party babble where it might come in handy.

Speaking of spiders when it comes to this Tarantula shooter, beware… its sweet, fruity, and it goes down smoooooooth.
