Let me begin by saying, this sweet little thing wouldn’t have been made possible without the very charitable contribution of one of the key ingredients, made by Kirsten —a colleague of mine. But far more important, was the fact that she introduced me to one of the most delicious liquors that have made it’s way onto my tastebuds.
The ingredient I speak of is RumChata, a creamy Caribbean rum-based liquor with hints of cinnamon and vanilla. It’s practically a spin-off of the traditional horchata. But for simplicity sake, just think of it as liquid Cinnamon Toast Crunch, as Kristen likes to refer it to.

- 2 ounces RumChata
- 1 ounce White Chocolate Godiva Liquor
- ½ ounce cookie dough vodka
- Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice.
- Strain and serve into a chilled martini glass.

Oooh, that looks magnificent! It looks so smooth and creamy and like the best way to relax on a Friday night.
Snickerdoodle cookies were my favorite as a kid, now the beverage may have to be my favorite as an adult!
