Blueberry Vodka Fizz

Something cool, refreshing, and energizing is what we have going on here today. A cocktail that perhaps could be enjoyed on a lazy saturday morning if say you were out of tomato juice wink… wink….


Blueberry Vodka Fizz

Serves: 1
  • 3 ounces blueberry vodka
  • 1 ounce grenadine
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce pasteurized egg whites
  • ginger ale
  1. Fill a highball glass halfway with ice. In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice pour vodka, grenadine, lemon juice, and egg whites. Shake well, for at least 20-30 seconds. Strain cocktail into highball glass. Top with ginger ale and stir.
  2. Garnish with a lemon slice.
