Time to confess… so, I’ve had this bottle of Torani Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough syrup tucked away on the left hand side of the top-most shelf of my pantry for some time now. It’s been sitting there a little longer than I care to admit. It’s partially hidden behind the constantly rotating boxes of cold cereal I buy for the boys.
Every now and then when I get a late night craving for something sweet and crunchy I’ll walk up to the pantry, get on my tippy toes to pull down one of the boxes of cereal to munch on. (We are believers of the no bowl required when you are snacking on cold cereal rule in our house). As I’m pulling down the cereal box I’ll glance up to the bottle, sigh, and think… poor little bottle, I know you’re just begging to be used. Soon…
Well, this weekend I decided to do something about my lack of attention towards this particular pantry item. So, here’s what I came up with: A Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Shooter… please tell me you agree it’s completely logical.
Right?
Needless to say, I know with certainty it’s days are numbered… especially after it was relocated to the high rent district of the pantry. (It’s now at eye level.)

- 1 ounce vodka
- ½ ounce Torani Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Syrup
- ½ ounce Tres Leches Triple Cream Liqueur
- Cookie dough bites, for garnish
- Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well, strain, and serve into shot glasses.
- Garnish shot glasses with skewered cookie dough bites.
