The idea for this week’s cocktail originally started out to be a S’mores inspired cocktail, but after a few rounds of playing mixologist and taste-tester this week I decided to keep it simple, straight forward, and without any second guessing from your part.
No doubt when you take a sip of this martini you will absolutely know you are enjoying a “Toasted Marshmallow” Martini.
Go on… try it out!

This looks wonderful! Wow.
Looks delicious – I’m going camping soon, this would be a perfect fireside drink I think!
I’ve had key lime pie martinis with a graham cracker crumb rim, that would give it a bit of a s’more twist, not sure the best way to incorporate the chocolate layer though…hmmm.
Oh, great idea. I think a little white chocolate Godiva would work well.
How about drizzling the glass with marshmallow creme AND chocolate fudge…. That’s it. I’m making it this weekend. J & J, are you in???
This sounds freaking amazing! Yum!
