Peanut Buttery Shot

Happy Friday everyone!

This post is dedicated to all those moms, dads, aunts, uncles, grandmas, grandpas, and/or any other person who wakes up or will be waking up a little extra early every morning to prepare a school lunch for a little someone. It could be a Lunchable that you happened to grab out of the fridge, stuck in a brown paper bag with an apple and a sweet note, it could be a gourmet wrap with a homemade shortbread cookie, or a ham and cheese sandwich with a handful of grapes.

Unless your child suffers from a peanut allergy I’m pretty sure a PB&J sandwich will also undoubtably make it’s way into your rotation of lunch offerings. So, if sometime during the course of the school year there comes a point in time where you are told “Please, no more PB&J sandwiches!” (in my case, highly unlikely) please feel free to use up any stockpiled peanut butter, or be sure to set some aside; to make yourself a few of these… you deserve it!

Have a great weekend!

Would it be considered rude to be caught licking the residual peanut butter from the glass? ;-)
