Ruth Reichl's Pancakes

Did you know this week happens to be “National Pancake Week”?

Indeed it is!

Now, this may have you wondering where in the world is the pancake recipe associated with that top photo which I should be sharing with you right this instant?

Well, the reason you won’f find it here is because the super buttery pancake recipe I chose to share with you is actually located over at Babble.com.

You see, the gorgeous Rachael of La Fuji Mama asked me if I had a recipe I would like to contribute to her National Pancake Week celebration and to share with The Family Kitchen readers on Babble.com.

How could I refuse?

Love the pancakes. I hide flax seed in them and no one in my family is the wiser. I know a certain Mar Vista Mom who hides yams in hers.
Shhhhh….
