Happy Festivus everyone! Today’s cookie was brought to you by inspired by, one of my husbands favorite Starbucks drinks, the peppermint mocha. To help bring out the peppermint flavor in the Biscotti, I decided to add just a few chopped Hershey’s Candy Cane Kisses.
